Monaco France? While Monaco is not apart of France it is located inside France, making it a perfect stop on any French Riviera itinerary. Monaco is the epitome of luxury with its world-class dining and shopping, world-famous casino, yachts galore, and the Grand Prix Race.

When to Visit
With temperatures staying mild year-round, highs 54-80 degrees, anytime can be a great time to visit. The best time however is the summer and fall month which has the highest temperatures, take a look at the average temps below. The Grand Prix happens in May and while it would be a once in a lifetime experience to visiting during this time it will also be the most expensive time to visit.

- Grand Prix
- Occurs in May. In 2019 it was May 26, canceled for 2020 and scheduled for May 20-23, 2021.
- Casino Monte Carlo
- Free to enter the atrium.
- No fee to play the slots
- 17€ fee to play table games and appropriate dress is required.
- Tickets for audio tours at 17€ per person. Entrance from 10am-1pm, last entrance at 12:15pm.
- Wander around the old town.
- Prince’s Palace
- The changing of the guard happens at 11:55 am.
- Monaco Cathedral
- Resting place of Grace Kelly.
- Oceanographic Museum
- Tickets starting at 11- 16€, depending on the season.
